Tharmase Karuppiah

Tharmase Karuppiah is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as a Resident Medical Officer at Columbia Asia Malaysia since October 2019. Previously, Tharmase held the position of Medical Doctor at The Ministry of Health Malaysia for a decade, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Medical Officer in the Emergency Department at Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru Hospital. Prior to this role, Tharmase worked as a Medical Officer in the Emergency Department at Kempas Medical Centre from October 2017 to September 2019. Tharmase holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the Crimean 'S. Georgijevsky' Medical Institute, obtained between 2003 and 2009.
