Matt Helfrich

Matt Helfrich has extensive experience in aquatic management, currently serving as the Assistant Aquatics Director at the Columbia Association since January 2017, following roles including Aquatics Assistant Director of Maintenance and Aquatics Operation Manager. Previously, Matt worked at Continental Pools Inc. from February 2004 to November 2016 as the Regional Sales Manager, focusing on aquatic risk management, budget forecasting, pool management, and customer service. Early career positions include Assistant Regional Manager at American Pools from March 2002 to October 2003 and Aquatics Supervisor at Columbia Association from June 1994 to January 2002. Matt graduated from McDaniel College between 1995 and 2000.
