Frank Czerwinski

Mr. Czerwinski served as Director of Real Estate Operations for Philip Morris Companies prior to his retirement. Mr. Czerwinski also served as Vice President of Real Estate Operations for the Olnick Organization and was responsible for overseeing all of the organization’s commercial activities. He has also developed and constructed a number of commercial properties in the New Jersey area. Mr. Czerwinski’s significant commercial real estate experience provides the board of directors with invaluable insight to the needs of the local communities that Columbia Bank serves.
