Geri M. Kelly

Ms. Kelly joined Columbia Bank in 1979. She has held various positions within the Human Resources Department, including Human Resources Officer, Vice President, Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President, Human Resources Officer. She was appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources Officer in 2012.

Ms. Kelly serves as a member of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, the New Jersey Bankers Association, the Center for Financial Training and the March of Dimes. She was also the recipient of the Commerce and Industry Association’s “Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award,” presented for outstanding community volunteerism.

Ms. Kelly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages from Douglass College and an MBA in Business Administration from Rutgers University. She also graduated with Honors from the National School of Banking in Fairfield, Connecticut.
