Jenifer W. Walden

Jenifer W. Walden, MODL, PCC, SPHR, SCP, currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Columbia Bank New Jersey since June 2022 and is also a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp. With extensive experience in human resources, Jenifer has held significant roles at Nice-Pak Products, USEReady, and Valley National Bank, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development. Additionally, Jenifer is the Executive Board Chair for the Our Chalet Foundation and serves on the Advisory Board for the Masters of Organizational Development and Leadership program at Saint Joseph's University. Previous positions include roles at Girl Scouts of the USA, Prudential Financial, and Ernst & Young, where Jenifer led initiatives in organizational development, inclusiveness, and performance management. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, Jenifer holds a Master's degree from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree from St. Lawrence University.
