Lauren Oreilly

Lauren O'Reilly has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Lauren started their career as a Credit Analyst at Santander Bank, N.A. in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Lauren then joined Columbia Bank New Jersey, where they worked as a Senior Credit Analyst from 2005 to 2018. After that, they served as an Assistant Credit Manager from June 2018 to February 2021. Lauren then held the position of Commercial Credit Manager from January 2021 to December 2022. Currently, they work as the Vice President Senior Commercial Credit Manager at Columbia Bank New Jersey, starting in January 2023.

Lauren O'Reilly attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Montclair State University from 2006 to 2008 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island from 1999 to 2003. In 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Credit Risk Certified from The Risk Management Association.
