David Thorsen is a seasoned professional in the home lending industry with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as the VP and Home Lending Branch Manager for Umpqua Bank, David has developed a value-oriented team in Washington and Northern Idaho, focusing on first-time home buyers, construction loans, and relocation loans. David's leadership extends to past roles such as President of the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association and Board Member for the Lake Tapps, Driftwood Point Home Owners Association. Further experience includes managerial positions at Paramount Equity, Premier Lending Group, 1st Hand Mortgage, and Qualfund Lending. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Washington State University.
