Eric Schuler

Eric Schuler serves as the VP, Financial Planning & Reporting Director at Umpqua Bank since August 2015, where responsibilities include being the system administrator and developer of the Axiom EPM system for budgeting and financial reporting, as well as technical owner of the Varicent incentive management system. Prior to this role, Eric held several positions at Umpqua Bank, managing the annual forecast and budget process and contributing to the development of the Dodd-Frank Act Stress Testing framework. Eric began a professional career as an Audit Associate at KPMG, leading team audits and utilizing Excel for data analysis, followed by a role as a Revenue and Marketing Analyst at US Ecology, Inc., focusing on revenue process improvement. Additionally, Eric was Vice President of Associated Students of Boise State University, where strategic vision and financial management were key responsibilities, and also held a position as a Design Thinking Student Assistant at Boise State University. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Economics and Accountancy from Boise State University.
