Neal McLaughlin

Neal McLaughlin is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Umpqua Bank since February 2005. Prior to this role, McLaughlin held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Albina Community Bank from December 2003 to February 2005 and served as Chief Financial Officer at Centennial Bancorp between 2000 and 2002. McLaughlin earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon, attended from 1987 to 1990, and furthered education at the Pacific Coast Banking School, obtaining a graduate degree.
