Patrick Ulch

Patrick Ulch, MCR CCIM, currently serves as Vice President and Head of Real Estate and Facilities at Umpqua Bank, where responsibilities include managing the bank's real estate portfolio and overseeing real estate strategy and business operations since July 2019. In addition, Patrick has been President of Pacific Crest Real Estate Investments since 2009, providing consulting services on real estate transactions. Patrick held the position of President for the CoreNet Global - Oregon Chapter from October 2016 to December 2019, focusing on the corporate real estate community in Oregon. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate Real Estate Consultant at Newmark Knight Frank from January 2010 to July 2019, and roles at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. as Senior Manager/Director of Corporate Real Estate and Strategic Management Consultant. Patrick's early career included work as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and involvement with Sigma Nu Fraternity, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business & Operations Management from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BS in Finance & Real Estate from Florida State University.
