Richard Kim

Richard Kim, CRC, serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Corporate Banking Portfolio Manager at Umpqua Bank since March 2019. With extensive experience in credit and portfolio management, Richard previously held roles at Opus Bank as First Vice President and Vice President, Senior Credit Review Officer, where responsibilities included reviewing complex loan portfolios and assessing credit risk. Richard's background also includes a tenure at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Vice President & Portfolio Management Officer III, managing commercial banking portfolios and structuring corporate debt transactions. Earlier positions include Retail Credit Manager at Chrysler Financial and Personal Banker at Bank of America. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from UC Irvine and has attended the Pacific Coast Banking School and the UW Foster School of Business.
