Carlos Ruiz

Carlos Ruiz possesses extensive experience in healthcare management and customer service. Currently serving as Site Director at Columbia Basin Health Association since December 2018, Carlos previously held the position of Director of Quality at the same organization from July 2004 to December 2017.
