Lee Coates

Lee Coates is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in managing multi-site operations in the food and dairy industries. Currently serving as Site Director at Meadow since June 2024, Lee previously held the role of Operations Director at Joseph Heler Cheese from January 2022 to February 2024 and at Wensleydale Dairy Products Ltd from May 2016 to January 2022. Additionally, Lee served as Operations Director at Tulip Food Company from January 2008 to May 2016 and had a brief tenure as Managing Director at Dunbia Group in 2007. Earlier experience includes a General Manager position at Tulip Food Company and at Sarah Brownridge, overseeing various food production processes.
