Kelly Carlson

Kelly Carlson is the current Chief Administration Officer at Columbia Basin Health Association. Kelly has held this position since December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Administrative Services & Corporate Compliance from December 2017 to December 2021. Kelly was also the Director of Administrative Services and Corporate Compliance from August 2014 to November 2017. In this role, they oversaw the efficient administrative oversight and management of Human Resources, Marketing, Administrative Services and Corporate Compliance. Kelly developed, interpreted, implemented, and enforced human resource and corporate compliance management policies and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, marketing, and administrative services activities. Prior to their role as Director of Administrative Services and Corporate Compliance, Kelly was the Director of Corporate Compliance and Member Navigation from August 2012 to August 2014.

Kelly Carlson has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Western Governors University, a Certification in Healthcare Compliance from The George Washington University, a BS in Office Management from Central Washington University, and a HS Diploma from Royal City High School. Kelly also has certifications from the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) in Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE), AHIMA in Certified Coding Specialist - Physician Based (CCS-P), Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) in Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC), and SHRM in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
