Adam Goers

Adam Goers has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Adam is currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Corporate Affairs at Columbia Care since February 2021. Adam is also a Partner and Board Member for Columbia Care DE, VA & MD since December 2015. Previously, at Columbia Care, they were the Vice President - Corporate Affairs from February 2019 to February 2021.

In addition to their role at Columbia Care, Adam Goers is an Executive Board Member at the US Cannabis Council starting from March 2021. Adam served as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Cannabis Trade Federation from July 2019 to December 2021.

Before their involvement in the cannabis industry, Adam Goers had diverse experiences. Adam served as an Advisory Board Member for Airport Sherpa from August 2016 to December 2019. From 2008 to 2019, they worked as a Principal at Demo Strategies.

Adam Goers also had significant roles in political organizations. Adam was the Executive Director for Governor Martin O'Malley from January 2009 to March 2016, where they built and led a communications and policy team. Adam also worked as a Senior Advisor to the Chairman of the Democratic Governors Association from January 2011 to January 2015. Furthermore, they held positions such as Midwest Finance Director for Hillary Clinton's campaign in 2006 and Finance Director for Congressman Bruce Braley in 2006.

Adam Goers received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Economics from Colorado State University, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School from 2013 to 2015.
