Matthew Rillie

Matthew Rillie serves as the Coordinator of Student Support and Engagement for Diversity and Inclusion at Columbia College Chicago since September 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing diversity resources and managing a team of Peer Mentors and Student Managers. Previously, Matthew held the role of Youth Program Director at DreamBikes, focusing on job creation for local youth through a nonprofit model. Prior experience includes serving as Production Services Manager at Illinois State University, where leadership involved managing student stagehands and technical setups for events. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Xavier University, a Master of Nonprofit Management from the University of Wisconsin, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from Illinois State University. Currently, Matthew is pursuing a Doctor of Education at Northern Illinois University.
