Exhibition Coordinator at Columbia College-Chicago

Mark Porter is an experienced exhibitions manager currently overseeing exhibition projects at Columbia College Chicago's Department of Exhibitions, Performance and Student Spaces since June 2016. Previously, Porter has served as the exhibition coordinator for the Columbia College Chicago Glass Curtain Gallery since October 2005 and as gallery coordinator at the Warren Robbins Graduate Gallery at the University of Michigan from August 1999 to June 2002. As a visual artist specializing in kinetic sculpture, Mark Porter has maintained an active practice since 1991. Academic credentials include an MFA in Sculpture/Printmaking from the University of Michigan and an MA in Sculpture from Eastern Illinois University.
