Al Iftiger

Al Iftiger is an experienced mortgage banking professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Home Lending at Columbia Credit Union since May 2025, Iftiger leads the mortgage sales, operations, and loan servicing for the organization. Prior to this role, Iftiger was Mortgage Sales Manager at U.S. Bank and Regional Mortgage Director at United Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included managing sales teams and overseeing recruitment and training of Mortgage Loan Officers. Earlier experience includes senior leadership roles at Bank of America, encompassing responsibilities across eight western states, as well as positions at Charles Schwab Bank focused on managing bank lending products. Iftiger holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
