Brad Palmer is an Estimator with experience in providing document control and QC services for local transportation and facilities projects. Brad has also assisted with managing change orders and subcontracts. Additionally, Brad has experience as a Construction Assistant and Estimating Assistant, where Brad sent bid invitations to subcontractors, completed conceptual budgets, and communicated during the bidding process. Brad also worked as an Intern, closely with the Superintendent and Traffic crew, performing manual labor and occasionally operating equipment. Brad holds a BS in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
