Viktoria Kravchenko

Victoria Kravchenko is an experienced professional in the field of crew management, currently serving as Crewing Manager at COLUMBIA Cruise Services since June 2022, after previously holding the positions of Junior Crewing Manager and Crewing Specialist. Prior to this role, Victoria worked as Crewing Manager and Operational Officer at Acomarin from October 2019 to June 2022. Victoria's career in crew management began at ALPHA NAVIGATION International Crew Management, where the role of Crew Assistant Manager was held from May 2018 to October 2019. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Odessa National Maritime Academy, completed between 2015 and 2020.
