Matt Guzman serves as the Lead Spurs Reporter and Site Manager for Sports Illustrated, providing comprehensive coverage of the San Antonio Spurs. In addition to this role, Guzman hosts a podcast focused on the Los Angeles Lakers and Chicago Bulls and writes weekly features on high school football teams for the Columbia Daily Tribune. Past experiences include internships and positions at The Kansas City Star, ClutchPoints, FanSided, SI's FanNation, Men's Journal, and the Austin American-Statesman, where Guzman has covered a diverse range of sports topics at various levels. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Journalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Guzman also studied at Austin Community College and was involved in journalism outreach as a Journalism Ambassador.
