Adam Ward

Adam Ward is an experienced educator and behavior specialist, currently serving as a Behavior and ASD Specialist at Columbia Heights Public Schools since August 2021 and as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Mounds View Public Schools since September 2018. Prior roles include an EBD Paraprofessional at Rochester Public Schools ISD #535 and a Direct Service Professional at Cardinal of Minnesota, where Adam managed care for individuals with disabilities. Adam's diverse background also includes customer service roles in the hospitality industry and positions in sales and finance, demonstrating a strong ability to build relationships and provide excellent service. Adam holds a Master of Arts in Special Education and Teaching from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Philosophy, and Music from Macalester College.
