Karen Peterson-Kremer is an experienced educator with a focus on early childhood education and teaching at various academic institutions. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Metro State University and Pine Technical and Community College since December 2022 and January 2022, respectively, Karen also works as a Pre Kindergarten Teacher at Columbia Heights Public Schools. Previous roles include Assistant Professor at Metropolitan State University, where contribution was made to the Urban Teaching Program, and Early Childhood Manager for the Columbia Heights School District, overseeing early childhood programs. Teaching experience also includes a role as an Instructor in the Child Development Program at Hennepin Technical College and as an Early Childhood Teacher at Eden Prairie Public Schools. Karen holds a Master's degree in Education from Hamline University and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
