Jessica Calzada

Jessica joined Columbia in 2017 and is the Senior Director of Human Resources responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function, and establishing a vision and direction in the development of HR policies.

Jessica brings 20+ years of human resource management experience from the private and public sectors with notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and merger and acquisitions.
