Jeni Elam

Jeni Elam is currently the Director of Operations & Advising at Columbia Hospitality. Prior to this, Jeni held several positions at various organizations. Most notably, they were the Chief Strategist at UK Power Reserve from December 2016 to September 2018, and the Strategic Advisor from April 2016 to December 2016.

At Global Impact, Jeni served as the Director of Partner Solutions from November 2014 to August 2015. In this role, they grew the client portfolio to $750,000 through business development and supervised internal teams needed to maintain accounts. Jeni was also responsible for weekly reporting, client kick off and close out meetings, customer satisfaction metrics and executive engagement.

Before their time at Global Impact, Jeni was the Manager of Strategic Alliances at PATH from May 2011 to August 2011. In this role, they produced global corporate social responsibility strategic plans for corporate clients, created board engagement and financial diversification plans for international nonprofit clients, and directed associate teams responsible for producing work and client satisfaction metrics.

Jeni Elam has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Hult International Business School with a focus in strategy. Jeni also has a BA from University of Puget Sound where they majored in International Political Economy and English. Jeni Elam also spent a semester abroad studying multiculturalism and human rights at SIT World Learning.
