Tim Clements

Tim Clements is a strategic leader with over 17 years of experience in engineering and product development. Tim is currently the Vice President of Engineering & Product Development at Columbia Industries LLC. Prior to their current role, Tim served as the Director of Valve Testing and Repair Systems and the Director of Global Welding Systems at Climax Portable Machining & Welding Systems. Tim also worked as an Engineering Manager/Product Line Manager for Machine Tools and as a Project Manager/Design Engineer for the Power Generation Group. In their most recent role as a Manufacturing Engineer at Imperial Fabricating, Tim led the exploration and development of new products and solutions for the portable machine services industry. Tim has a proven track record of success in navigating markets and providing value to customers. Tim is an expert in developing world-class auxiliary systems for onshore oil rigs and reclamation equipment. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University.

Tim Clements has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA in Leadership from George Fox University.
