Robert Gustine

Robert Gustine currently serves as the Group President of Vancouver Operations at Columbia Machine, Inc., a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Robert accumulated extensive experience at OECO, where responsibilities included General Manager, Director of Site Operations, and various leadership roles focused on manufacturing and value stream management. Previous positions at Material Sciences Corporation and Sherwin Williams further strengthened Robert's expertise in process engineering and quality management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman and a Black Belt certification in Six Sigma from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
