Thomas Neil

Thomas Neil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as General Manager at Columbia Machine, Inc. since February 2021, Thomas previously held the position of Plant Manager at GlassTech Materials from 2018 to February 2021. Prior roles include General Manager at DL George Manufacturing and Plant Manager at TE Connectivity, as well as Operations Manager at Olympic Steel, where oversight encompassed multiple manufacturing processes across facilities. Thomas also has a background as President and Owner of JNT Precision Machining and worked as a Master Machinist at Landis Tool Co. Educational achievements include certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Expert from the Juran Institute, complemented by training at Penn Foster and FCCTC.
