Tom Hughes

Tom Hughes is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in operations and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Columbia Machine, Inc. since February 2020, Tom previously held the role of Operations Manager at HOPR (CycleHop LLC), where responsibilities included overseeing a fleet of 320 bicycles and managing operations for 37 stations. Prior experience also includes roles as Project Manager/Designer at PHOENIX Process Equipment, where Tom was responsible for project planning, timeline management, and procurement, as well as engineering co-op positions at Essroc Italcementi and ImagePoint, focusing on mechanical systems design and structural modifications. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
