Marie Lampman

Marie Lampman MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Marie is currently working as the Director of Organizational Development and HR at Columbia Memorial Hospital since November 2021. Prior to this, Marie worked at Essendant as the Director of Talent and Development from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they held roles as the Senior HR Manager Talent & Development and Area Human Resources Manager at Essendant from 2015 to 2017 and from 2012 to 2015, respectively. Marie also worked at JC Penney as the Talent Resource Leader from 2010 to 2012, and at Brookstone as a Store Manager from 2008 to 2010. Marie gained experience as an HR Generalist at Columbia Sportswear from 2007 to 2008, and as a District Trainer at Joe's Sports, Outdoor, & more from 2005 to 2007. Earlier in their career, Marie served as a Human Resources Manager at Burlington Stores, Inc. in 2004. Marie started their career as a District Manager at Warnaco/Calvin Klein and worked there for 10 years from 1993 to 2003.

Marie Lampman MBA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Penn State University. Marie also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2006.
