Kevin Martin

Kevin Martin joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2022 as an Asset Manager for the Real Estate Lending strategy. Kevin previously worked at Amazon as a Transaction Manager where he negotiated commercial real estate leases and managed Amazon’s site selection process for the past five years. Kevin is a Northwest native growing up in Bellevue, he graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Finance from the Eller College of Business Management.
