Stephanie Eastman

Stephanie joined Columbia Pacific in 2021 as a Senior Director for the Real Estate Strategies. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Stephanie was an asset manager for M&A Real Estate partners in Los Angeles, where she was responsible for oversight and management of the firm’s student housing portfolio. Formerly, Stephanie was an analyst with Moran & Company, focused on institutional sized multifamily sales throughout California. Stephanie earned her B.S. in Finance from University of Notre Dame and her M.B.A. from Anderson School at UCLA.
