Tap Singh

Tap joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2022 with the Real Estate Lending strategy. Currently, he is Vice President of Originations, focusing on loan production and business development within the lending and direct equity strategies. Prior to joining Columbia, Tap participated in over $1b of direct multifamily acquisitions, $1.3b of bridge/mezzanine/and preferred equity placements, and asset management of a $800m portfolio that included office, retail, multifamily, and industrial assets. Tap graduated from the University of the South with a B.A. in Philosophy.
