Tracy Tomassi

Tracy joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2022 as the Director of HR. Prior to that she worked as a consultant to CP and a local venture capital firm managing all HR functions. She got her start during the tech boom, working in various human resources positions at RealNetworks, the pioneer in streaming media.

Tracy graduated from the University of Washington with a double major in Political Science and German Language and Literature.
