Kevin Hoover

Kevin Hoover is the SVP, Portfolio Management and Transactions at Columbia Property Trust. Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Kevin has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Prior to joining Columbia Property Trust, Kevin was a Principal at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Kevin was responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of equity and debt investments. Kevin also worked at Price Waterhouse as a Manager from 1992 to 1995.
