Victoria White-Mason

Victoria White-Mason has a diverse work experience in the legal and music industry. Victoria currently holds the role of Vice President of Marketing at Columbia Records since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Director of Marketing at Columbia Records from May 2019 to October 2021. Victoria also worked at UnitedMasters as an Artist Services representative from January 2016 to January 2018. Victoria was part of the Office of the CEO at Translation LLC from August 2015 to September 2016. Victoria has a background in law, having worked as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Harvard Negotiation Institute from May 2014 to May 2015 and as a Legal Fellow at Media Arts Lawyers in January 2015. Victoria also had legal positions at Sony Music Entertainment as a Legal Fellow from June 2014 to August 2014, and at the Recording Industry Association of America as a Legal Fellow from May 2013 to August 2013. In addition, Victoria has experience in the entertainment industry, working as an A&R/Trendspotter at Astronauts Wanted: No Experience Necessary from September 2013 to July 2014. Victoria started their career as a Legal Fellow at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP from May 2012 to August 2012.

Victoria White-Mason received their Bachelor's Degree in Women's Studies from Spelman College, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at Harvard Law School, from 2012 to 2015. Their field of study at Harvard Law School was Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management.
