Carolyn Carr is the Vice President of Human Resources for Columbia Residential. Carolyn’s drive to cultivate the mission statement vision and core values of Columbia Residential has been instrumental in positioning the company as a leader in the affordable housing industry growing the company from 95 employees to more than 200. With more than 18 years of experience in human resources management, Carolyn fosters employee relations and the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support business objectives including, compliance, personnel policies and procedures, candidate recruitment and selection, and benefits administration and management.
