Zubaida Ula

Zubaida Ula is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an Adult Outpatient Therapist II at Columbia River Mental Health Services since June 2022. Prior to this role, Zubaida held various positions, including Community Care Supervisor (Bilingual) and Community Outreach Specialist (Bilingual) at the Public Health Institute, focusing on COVID-19 response in Clark County.
