Erika Bengtsson has extensive experience in crew management and human resources within the maritime and hospitality sectors. Currently serving in Crew Management at Columbia Shipmanagement since May 2023, Erika previously held the position of HR Recruitment Manager for Hospitality & Nautical River at Scenic - Luxury Cruises & Tours from April 2022 to May 2023. Erika's career began at Seachefs, where a substantial tenure from February 2010 to June 2020 was spent as a Senior Crewing Officer, further enhancing expertise in crew management.
