Brie Pierznik

Brie Pierznik serves as Senior Legal Counsel at KEEN since December 2022, following a role as Senior Associate in the Technology Companies Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from January to November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney Mentor at PIE (Portland Incubator Experiment) and Expert in Residence at Lewis and Clark College, as well as a Corporate and Intellectual Property Associate at Stoel Rives LLP, where Brie provided legal counsel for emerging growth companies and was recognized in Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch for Corporate Law and Technology Law in 2021 and 2022. Brief secondments as Corporate Counsel for Puppet and Viewpoint Construction Software involved compliance and acquisition-related legal work. Earlier career highlights include a Litigation Associate position at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, a Judicial Clerk for the Oregon Supreme Court, and work as a Certified Law Student at the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office. Brie holds a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics, Religious Studies, and English from the University of Oregon.
