Joelle Schaffer

Joelle Schaffer is a seasoned professional in the apparel industry with a robust background in merchandise management and sales. Currently serving as a Divisional Merchandise Manager at Columbia Sportswear Company since September 2014, Joelle has progressed through various roles including Buying Manager and Senior Merchandise Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Nordstrom as an Assistant Department Manager and Sales Associate, and at The Clothes Tree as a Sales Associate/Buying Intern, where Joelle managed merchandising and customer support. Joelle's early experience includes internships at Dehen Knitting Company and Nike Inc., where skills in patternmaking, design, and competitive analysis were developed.
