Julia Bauer

Julia Bauer has extensive experience in marketing and communications within the sports and outdoor industry. Currently serving as the Regional Marketing Manager for Central Europe at Columbia Sportswear Company since April 2019, Julia has developed expertise in managing marketing strategies across multiple countries, including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Prior roles include Marketing Manager for Europe East at Columbia Sportswear Company and at Messe Muenchen GmbH, where Julia managed marketing for ISPO Munich and OutDoor by ISPO. With a background that includes brand management at ALPINA SPORTS GmbH and a role as Marketing Manager at Mountain Equipment, Julia's career also features experience in PR and editorial positions with various organizations. Julia holds a Diplom in Sportwissenschaften with a focus on media and communication from the Technical University of Munich.
