Lili Luong

Lili Luong is an accomplished retail management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving store performance. Currently serving as the Sr. General Manager at Columbia Sportswear Company since August 2017, Lili oversees a large team of over 200 employees and 9 Associate General Managers. Previously, Lili held the position of General Manager at Marinepolis USA, Inc. and at adidas, where responsibilities included managing the largest volume store in North America. Lili's career also includes roles as Store Manager at Bath & Body Works and adidas, as well as leadership positions at Target. Lili holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Advertising from Portland State University.
