Lillian Mikus

Lillian Mikus currently serves as the Manager of eCommerce Technology at Columbia Sportswear Company, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Lillian was the Owner and Technical Lead at Nimble Max, a technology consulting and R&D firm, from March 2017 to October 2021. Lillian also held the position of Director of Application Development at The Learning Experience from March 2012 to March 2017, contributing to the company's significant growth in the childcare sector. Earlier experience includes co-founding Acamar Internet Solutions, where Lillian worked as Principal Consultant from 2002 to 2009, and serving as a Software Developer at Bravado Health from 2000 to 2002. Lillian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Thomas University and an Associate's Degree in Philosophy from Florida Atlantic University.
