Mike K.

Mike K. holds extensive experience in consumer experience and digital product design, currently serving as the Director of Consumer Experience and Digital Product Design at Columbia Sportswear Company since April 2022. As the Founder, Entrepreneur, and Chief Executive Officer of Inlustre since January 2015, Mike has demonstrated leadership and innovation in digital environments. Previous roles include Digital Experience, Product and Innovation Leader at Cigna, Director of Digital Product Innovation at Tupperware Brands, and positions at The Home Depot and Web.com focused on eCommerce and user experience. Mike also has a background in prototype development and creative technology, with earlier roles at Black Knight and Florida State College--Jacksonville.
