Sadie Frame

Sadie Frame, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global HR systems and operations. At Columbia Sportswear Company, Sadie has held positions including Director of Global HR Systems and Senior Manager of both Global HR Systems and HR Systems & Operations. Prior experience includes roles at Kaiser Permanente, where Sadie served as HR Services Manager, HR Service Center Manager, and Team Lead/HR Transactions Auditor. Sadie holds a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University's Atkinson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Puget Sound.
