Stephanie Beaudry

Stephanie (Saward) Beaudry is a seasoned professional in the fashion and merchandising industry with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Merchandising for Global Outerwear at Columbia Sportswear Company, Stephanie leads product development and market strategies to enhance the Columbia brand across eight geographical regions. Previous roles at Columbia include Director of Merchandising for Global Outerwear and Divisional Merchandise Manager for Global Men’s Sportswear, focusing on revenue growth and product strategy. Stephanie’s earlier career includes positions at Reebok Canada, Joe Boxer, Westbeach, The Black Fly, and Couloir Actionwear, where competencies in merchandising, design, and communication were developed. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design & Technology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and a Fashion Design Certificate from Fanshawe College.
