Jeannette Cordero Rotger

Jeannette Cordero Rotger is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Organization Development - People at Columbia University Irving Medical Center since June 2021, Jeannette previously held roles including Learning & Development Manager and People Development Specialist. Prior to this, Jeannette worked at Montefiore Health System from May 2017 to May 2021 as a People Operations Manager in the OB/GYN & Women's Health department and as a Senior Human Resources Specialist.
