Tony Wang

Tony Wang, MD, FASTRO, is a Professor of Radiation Oncology (in Neurological Surgery) at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where research focuses on brain radiation oncology and Gamma Knife stereotactic radiosurgery. As Chair of the Quality and Patient Safety Committee, Tony leads clinical quality metrics and policy updates to enhance patient care. Co-Director of the Center for Radiosurgery/Gamma Knife Center since 2017, Tony has extensive experience with various Gamma Knife systems. Additional roles include Attending Radiation Oncologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and previous positions as Associate and Assistant Attending Radiation Oncologist. With a medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and prior training at notable institutions, Tony's contributions to the field are significant and ongoing.
