Michelle Morera is a dedicated professional in the sports industry with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Industry from The Ohio State University. Currently serving as a Season Ticket Account Specialist and Ticket Sales Consultant for the Columbus Blue Jackets since July 2022, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in ticket sales and customer account management. Previous experience includes a role as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion with Alpha Phi and internships with Up2Us Sports, specifically at the Miami Marlins Foundation, where valuable skills in community engagement and sports promotion were developed. Michelle also held an entry-level position as a Member Services Associate at the Recreation and Physical Activity Center, overseeing access and equipment checkout, which contributes to a well-rounded background in sports operations and management.
